Introducing Our New Strength & Training Coach, Stacey Iliff
 

Meet Stacey Iliff, our Certified Stretch Therapist and strength & conditioning coach at PTSP. With a background in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, and years of experience training athletes, Stacey helps clients improve mobility, recover from injury, and enhance performance.

A former D1 soccer player turned coach, Stacey’s passion for recovery stems from her own journey through injury. She’s owned two gyms, worked with athletes of all levels, and brings a science-backed, athlete-first approach to every session.
